Annecy is in the heart of the Alpine winter Olympic area. Lausanne, the Olympic Capital and headquarters of the I.O.C. has a wonderful museum and is only 1 hour away by car from the hotel. Chamonix 1924, Grenoble 1968, Albertville 1992 and Torino 2006 are all located in our area. Last but not least, Annecy has applied for hosting the Olympic Winter Games in 2018.
